Avid Wins the first round of the RC Pro State Series (Texas)

My (David Joor) third race out with the Kyosho SP2 and at one of my favorite tracks as well (RC Raceway and Hobbies in Waco Texas). I took the TQ honors with Tommy Tang taking 2nd qualifier. In the main Jared Bockholt and I ran together switching the lead for a good 15 minutes and the crowd was pumped. After the 15 minute mark or so I began to pull away and Jared made a few bobbles which allowed me to get close to a lap on the field.
