Alan Burton joins the Avid Team.

We would like to welcome Alan Burton to the Avid RC team.  Alan comes on board with a long history within the RC industry as well as being a great racer.  He is very approachable at the races and very easy to spot, just look for the 7 foot guy walking around.  His current sponsors are Team Losi, Blue Groove Racing Apparel, Nitrotane, spektrum, The Speed Shop, Fastlane Graphix, Horizon Hobby, JR Servos, 2010ams.com, and now Avid Bearings.

Alan has also started a new venture in the world of RC where this time he doesn't answer to anyone but himself and it is called The Speed Shop.  He does anything you need RC related such as prepping race cars, engine rebuilds, engine break-ins, sleeve pinches, setup, balancing, tire mounting, wrap installs, and basically anything you can come up with.  The business model revolves around an interesting idea that has never been fully executed in RC.  His client list is growing while working with some heavy hitter pros that are still in school so making time to get their vehicles race ready isn't always easy.  He has a website in the works, so for now you will have to email him alanburton20@gmail.com.
