Travis Amezcua wins the 2010 Airtronics Winter Nationals

This weekend Revelation Raceway was the host to the 2010 Airtronics Winter Nationals.  Travis Amezua qualified 2nd behind Adam Drake with his Avid equipped Mugen MBX-6.  As most of you probably know, Travis just joined Mugen after retiring his post at Hotbodies as a developer and team manager.  In the main Amezcua got in front before the first pit with Adam right behind him but Adam suffered a flame after the first pit and Travis never looked back securing the win.  Jesse Robbers and Ryan Cavalieri, also Avid RC drivers were battling for 2nd and 3rd for most of the race but Cody King capitalized on that and went by them both near the end to take 2nd leaving Cavalieri in 3rd and Jesse in 4th.
