U.S. & International Shipping
Avid RC offers multiple shipping options via FedEx and USPS. A $1 handling fee is added to each order, and real-time shipping rates are calculated based on your package's weight and dimensions using our custom-built shipping software. Unlike companies that estimate shipping with inflated prices, our system provides accurate, competitive quotes.
Free & Discounted Shipping
U.S. customers receive free shipping on orders over $50. This applies to the lowest-cost shipping method, and discounted rates are applied to faster services. Most larger Koswork items qualify for free shipping.
International customers automatically receive discounts based on order value:
• $5 off orders over $50
• $10 off orders over $100
• $15 off orders over $300
U.S. dealers get free shipping on orders over $300 while international dealers receive $15 off.
International Shipping Details
We ship worldwide using FedEx and USPS. After years of experience, we strongly recommend FedEx for international orders due to faster, more reliable delivery. While USPS is a lower-cost option, packages can take over a month to arrive.
Order Processing Times
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). For same-day shipping on express services (FedEx Overnight/2Day/Intl or USPS Express/Global Express), place your order by 12 p.m. MST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. may ship the next business day.
