This is a bearing kit by Avid RC for the TLR 22 2.0 Mid-Motor. This vehicle also takes 14 of the 3/32 ceramic diff balls and 6 of the 2mm ceramic diff balls. If you are running the rear motor configuration you should select that version from the Flexkit builder because it contains 2 less of the 5x10x4 bearings for the single idler gear so rotation is correct.
